Lecture/Workshop Proposal

We welcome proposals that support the theme of the festival: Together Again and include participatory workshops/lectures exploring any of these topics: tone development, vibrato, a survey of available repertoire, jazz improvisation, extended techniques, articulation, improving finger technique, flute families, improving breath control, a survey of music by one composer, entrepreneurship, career path, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and much more. Come up with your own topics and surprise us!

Provide a 2-3 sentence description of your lecture/workshop for the program book. Length of event will be a total of 45 minutes.  Please note computer, projector, mics., and other technical equipment will not be available at this venue.

Provide a 75-word bio.
